Shelter House Registration

The shelter house rental fees are as follows:

Village Resident - rental $10.00/clean up deposit $30.00

Non Resident - rental $30.00/clean up $30.00.

You can check the calendar for availability, but please call 937-974-5946, or email cedarvillevillage@cedarville.us to verify availability.

Complete the rental form agreement following the link below. Rental agreement and payments can be sent to

Village of Cedarville, P. O. Box 51, Cedarville, OH 45314, or dropped in the drop box at 301 Palmer Drive between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM.

Please make payment with 2 separate checks. Clean up deposit check will be held and returned to you.
